The last few years training for the Fire Brigade has recieved more attention. Because it's impossible for firemen and fire team leaders to obtain the required amount of experience before actual events, the inspectors require of them to hold "realistic training" practices at least twice a year concerning in-house fires.
Virtual Training
It is very important for commanders and officers in charge and fire team leaders to have a clear view of any situation and/or incident. Making a proper assessment of possible developments (of the incident) and when these will occur is essential to organise the proper solution. FireFlash has started a cooperation with E-Semble to present a unique mobile trainingunit, to train everywhere, by request.
Company First Aid
During any incident at your company or institution the most important thing is that your employees can act quickly and effectively. Therefore, it is imperative that some employees are trained to be First Aiders.
Industrial incidents
Important issues for fire team leaders and officers in charge during the combat of incidents are to obtain a complete size up of the situation, to anticipate for possible developments in time (time/tempo factor) and based on this to take the proper tactical approach.
